Western blot analysis of PYGO2 in HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF‚7 human breast cancer cell line, and Daudi human Burkitts lymphoma cell line. Samples were incubated in PYGO2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24240) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Pygopus‚2 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
